Enterprise collaboration

Capture knowledge, disseminate best practice, standardise methods of working, and reduce costs on multiple projects

The BC Enterprise Agreement allows you to host an unlimited number of projects and facilitate collaboration across your organisation, clients, partners and suppliers.

Developed in close collaboration with customers such as Atkins, Balfour Beatty and Costain, BC can be customised in such a way as to offer enterprise clients their own branded implementation, thus allowing them to host projects and develop applications for their own clients. Our flexible hosting models offer the greatest choice within the UK extranet market, with options including hosting your own server, letting us host it or using your own favoured ISP. With either option, you benefit by owning your own controllable environment.

Successfully delivering configurable collaboration

BC ensures multiple project setup is fast and efficient. Templates and schemas provide consistency to projects and documents, saving time and money on implementation and training costs. This ability for your own administrators to control workflows and processes, which together with the choice of document storage methods such as the ability to mix traditional folder-based structures together with unstructured collections of multiple 'tagged' files, are key differentiators for BC.

Encouraging collaboration at the earliest stage

A central document and communications repository is at the heart of BC. 'Informal' collaboration is encouraged at a projects' inception, via discussions, project emails, and distribution of 'private' documents. Powerful search functionality quickly identifies best practice and expertise from previous projects.
