User Administrator Training

For those users tasked with the responsibility of ensuring all users can access BC as required (max. 5 delegates per day). The course covers:

  • Searching for and creating new BC users
  • Understanding and defining user attributes like email addresses for notifications
  • Setting up Companies and assigning new users to those companies
  • Generating workspace templates allowing you to reuse a pre-defined project structure
  • Creating new document templates that can be used by all users
  • Making the best use of the administrator reports that have been pre-configured

This course can be combined with the Project Administrator training and provided over 1 day.

Who should attend?

This course is only attended by those users who are either already project administrators or will be following training. The users need a strong understanding of BC before attending this course.
